2021

  • APPLIED POLYMERIC MATERIAL TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSING TECHNIQUES TRAINING

    Date : 31st March & 1st April 2021
Venue : Singapore PolytechnicMaterials Performance Centre

Polymeric materials are widely used in many industrial applications, spanning from medical, aerospace, food to electronics. Though, basic polymer processing activities are no longer carried out in Singapore nowadays, expertise in polymer technologies, product design and processing techniques are still very much needed in various Singapore industries.

The purpose of this training course, jointly organised by Singapore Polytechnic School of Chemical & Life Science (SP-CLS) and the Plastics & Rubber Institute of Singapore (PRIS), is to provide a platform to upgrade polymer materials and processing technologies of personnel working in material related areas to meet the needs of Singapore industries. The training will be conducted by instructors with many years of industrial experiences in materials technologies and polymer processing. Hand-on sessions will be conducted in the Materials Performance Centre of Singapore Polytechnic. Certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who complete the training successfully.

The closing date for registration is 15th March 2021.
