1. President, Mr. Ong presented the Annual Report for the year ended 2025, and was accepted
2. Minutes of the 41th AGM was accepted by members.

In summary:

• The membership for 2025, PRIS had 22 members as compared to 23 members in 2024.
• Prize award was donated to the top graduates from the 2025 graduation cohort of Diploma in Applied Chemistry (DAPC) of Singapore Polytechnic.
  • President thanked Mr Shi for organizing the bowling event on 21st Nov 2025. There were 10 participants.
  • Hon. Treasurer Mr Shi Jun Hao presented the financial report, and the report was accepted.
  • The new committee and internal auditors for 2026 were elected.
  President also thanks the continuous support from PRIS’s Corporate and individual members.
